PIORDY/SIORDY Minimum Deassertion Time
PIORDY and SIORDY are active high inputs to the PIIX4/PIIX4E/PIIX4M. When
PIORDY/SIORDY is high the IDE cycle completes without any additional wait states. An IDE
device can drive PIORDY/SIORDY low to indicate that wait states are required to complete the
cycle. This signal is normally held high with a pull up resistor. If an IDE device drives
PIORDY/SIORDY low, the PIIX4/PIIX4E/PIIX4M requires that this signal remain low for a
minimum of 48 ns.
