Form follows function in the A-Series,
rounded ends and side corrugations,
which give the speakers their characteristic
“armadillo”shell, are constructed of
mineral-filled polypropylene. This heavy
molded material creates an extremely
durable cabinet with excellent acoustic
properties. Cabinet and components
are impervious to salt spray and dust.

material components: die-cast aluminum
frames, hard anodized aluminum cones,
black anodized aluminum voice coil
formers, compounded rubber cone
surrounds, high-temperature adhesives,
UV-inhibited mineral-filled polypropy-

perforated PVC plastic grilles, threaded
brass inserts, and gold-plated connectors.
