Tubing kit ePs-300

An assortment of adhesive-lined,

flexible, polyolefin, heat shrink

tubing. Each box is 7˝ x 11˝ x 2-1/2˝

rugged translucent plastic with

product and installation information

on the cover. The heat shrink kits

allow an engineer, designer or

technician to have a selection of red and black sizes for small projects

and product development programs. The kit contains 42 pieces, all of 6˝

lengths. The contents of this kit, by expanded diameter, are listed in the

chart. Each diameter has a corresponding refill pack that allows you to

repurchase single packages of a specific diameter to replenish the kit. A

3:1 shrink ratio polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing that is widely used in a

variety of electronic and electrical applications.

Thin Wall Tubing

ePs-300

Thin-walled tubing offering the

advantages of integral, dual wall

construction. The tubing is made

from flame retardant, flexible,

polyolefin lined with an internal

layer of special thermoplastic

adhesive. The heat shrinkable outer wall is selectively radiation cross-

linked, while the adhesive maintains high flow and excellent adhesion

characteristics. This tubing is an environmental protection sleeve and

insulation. It offers superb environmental protection for electronic

components, twisted pigtail and inline wire splices, crimp splices, wire

bundles and wire harness breakouts in automotive, truck, fleet, marine

and industrial applications. Applications specifications: MIL-I-23053/4,

Class 3. A 3:1 shrink ratio polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing that is

widely used in a variety of electronic and electrical applications.

FP-301

Black Heat Shrink Tubing is a

flexible polyolefin tubing which will

shrink to 50% of its as-supplied

internal diameter. Minimum shrink

temperature is 212°F. Rated for

275°F continuous operation, the

tubing is split resistant and mechanically tough.
