Mixed Signal Oscilloscope Logic Probes
The 6000 and 7000 Series MSO
digital channels were architected
to be compatible with a wide vari-
ety of probing accessories devel-
oped over 20 years for logic ana-
lyzers. There’s a good chance that
the logic analyzer accessories you
already own work with your MSO.
With the addition of an optional
40-pin cable, 01650-61607, the
MSO accepts numerous logic
analyzer accessories:

• E5383A 16-channel flying lead
• 01650-63203 16-channel termi-
