plement to the 6000 Series 1-GHz
models. Its 1.5-GHz bandwidth,

tor probe tip technology provide
ultra low loading of the DUT and
superior signal fidelity. Agilent’s
innovative InfiniiMax 1130A
differential probe is the easiest-

Designers can achieve 1-GHz sys-
