AD7995 offset error change from +/-1.5 LSB to +/-2.25 LSB
AD7991 offset error change from +/-5 LSB to +/-7 LSB
Improve manufacturability and delivery
The specification change described above will not have any impact on the quality or reliability of the devices
The changed AD7991/5/9 material will be effective from date codes 1047 onwards
These changes are reflected in Rev B of the AD7991/5/9 datasheet.
