What is the prescale function?
The prescale function converts the count into an actual
value (amount) and displays it.
Example
For a device that outputs 500 pulses when 1 m has been fed:

1. Set decimal position to the last 3rd place.
2. Set the prescale value to 0.002 (1/500).
