Reference Input
This signal is used as the analog reference input for the PHY. It should be
connected to a pull-down, 4.99 K Ω, 1% resistor.
Crystal One
The Crystal One pin is a 25 MHz input signal. It should be connected to a parallel
resonant crystal with a frequency tolerance of 30 ppm. The other end of the crystal
should be connected to XTAL2.
Crystal Two
Crystal Two is the output of an internal oscillator circuit used to drive a crystal into
oscillation.
