Multiply the width of the wire cross section
in mils by the thickness of the wire cross
section in mils by 1.2732 and subtract the
radius factor shown below.
CMA = W x T x 1.2732 – radius factor
Multiply the diameter in mils by itself.

by itself, and then multiply the result by the
total number of strands.
