2051 Series Miniature Gas Discharge Tube (GDT).

The 2051 Series is designed speciﬁ cally for telecom and industrial communication applications requiring an

extremely small (2.7 x 3.2 x 4.5 mm) and robust overvoltage protection solution. The 2051’s compact size

makes it ideal for PCI cards, MDC Modems, Splitters and CPE applications with space limitations. The series

has low capacitance which also makes it a good choice for use in high-speed/high-bandwidth applications.

The new models are available as RoHS* compliant. The product data sheet with detailed speciﬁ cations can be
