Summary of Supporting Information
To improve product manufacturability, a metal layer edit was necessary. As a result of this update, the following data sheet parameters will change:
T6 Timing Spec:
FROM: 40ns min
TO: 90ns min
Readback operations are guaranteed over the full DVcc supply range of 2.7V to 5.25V
The timing specifications change is necessary to improve manufacturability.
Some customers may need to revise their system to ensure reliable operation.
Effective with datecode 0930
Qualification testing was performed and the qual report RQR04741 is available on request.
