The Apex LT Module is delivered in trays of 32. Each package consist of 5 trays and therefore the total module quantity per
package is 160.
Handling
The Apex LT Module is designed and packaged to be processed in an automated assembly line.

The Apex LT Module contain a highly sensitive electronic circuitry. Handling without proper ESD protection
may destroy or damage the module permanently.

According to JEDEC ISP, the Apex LT Module is moisture sensitive devices. Appropriate handling instructions
