Description

The SD3491 is an NPN epitaxial silicon phototransistor mounted in a TO

can package. The SD3491 has a flat window can providing a wide acceptance

angle. The TO -46 packages are ideally suited for operation in hostile environments.

The base is connected on all SD3491 and SD5491 standard products.
