Scotch
Polypropylene backing is easy to handle and dispense. Provides excellent resistance to nicks,
abrasion and moisture. Specially formulated hot melt adhesive provides good balance of adhesion
properties. Good initial and long-term adhesion, and high shear strength to package surfaces.
Tartan
Transparent polypropylene film backing reinforced with glass yarn filaments. Light-duty tensile
strength, nick resistance, abrasion resistance and good handling for utility bundling, reinforcing
and pallet unitizing applications.
3M
Tape resists most common chemicals and solvents. Used to identify or mark traffic areas and physical
hazards. The sharp, contrasting colors readily identify hazardous areas. The clear vinyl over the
colored stripes help protect stripes from abrasion. The 5.4 mil total tape thickness resists snagging
often associated with thicker products.
