EnerSys Delaware Inc. (“EnerSys”) warrants Genesis
NPX batteries against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) full year from
the date the battery was manufactured.

lead-acid batteries.
Most federal and state regulations require lead-acid batteries be recycled. EnerSys’ nationwide
