2" Glass Filter Pads
his range of filter media is manufactured as a continuous glass filament to
provide a highly-stable air filter medium with an EU3 filtration rating. It has
multi-stage filtration characteristics, with an open structure on the upstream
face, graduating in density to an integral laminate backing on the
downstream side.
The open structure of the upstream face discourages surface loading and
promotes depth filtration, ensuring a high dust-holding capacity and
minimising resistance to air flow. The denser backing provides fine filtration,
while minimising the carry-over of media fibres and collected dirt. The
medium will not absorb moisture, has excellent water-stripping properties and
is not conducive to supporting mould, growths or other infestations.
