Gold Product Support, Fluke Networks’ annual membership technical support program, ensures that you are never with-
out an up-to-date, calibrated tester in full working order. Gold Product Support keeps you and your team operating
at peak efficiency, allowing you to get the full benefit from your Fluke Networks equipment, thus improving ROI. This
program includes free repairs to your tester and a loan unit during repair, replacement of failed accessories, software/
firmware updates, and free annual calibration/performance verification.
Gold Software Maintenance
Gold Software Maintenance is available for Fluke Networks software products, and ensures your software remains
up-to-date and functional. Gold Software Maintenance provides you with software upgrades and hot-fix software
deliveries at no charge. Minor ‘dot’ releases, major ‘base’ releases, and occasional ‘hot-fix’ updates are covered.
Gold Hardware Maintenance
Gold Hardware Maintenance is currently available for selected Fluke Networks products, and provides on-site repairs or
an exchange unit according to the service level agreement you contract with us. We offer many different maintenance
options in order to meet your hardware recovery needs, some of which include an on-site technician who will get you
back up to speed and running as soon as possible.
