Video Line Corrector / Active Balun (Balanced to Unbalanced)
Overview
The BH188 unit is a video line corrector and active balun converting
a balanced (twisted-pair) video signal to unbalanced (coax) video
signal and will compensate for signal losses in twisted pair cable so
that high quality pictures may be transmitted over long distances.
The unit will equalize the incoming cable losses up to a maximum of
32dB at 4.4MHz, when used in conjunction with a BH185 Launch
Amplifier.
Its installer-friendly design has tool-less adjustable Gain, Medium frequency lift, High
frequency lift, all independently adjustable. This stand-alone unit is fully RoHS compliant and
also comes complete with 230V plug-top 12V DC power supply (110V available on request).
