LED with Chip-On-Board technology (COB)

LED chip-on-board technology involves setting the individual
LED chips directly onto the gold-plated contact surface of the
printed circuit board with the aid of an automatic bonding
system. Bonding follows using a gold wire to the antipole.
The colours clear, green and blue have a higher light intensity
than red and yellow; here only four of the six gold surfaces are
fitted with LED chips.
