HOW TO USE THIS PRICE LIST
This publication provides price and availability information as a
supplement to Danaher Industrial Controls’ D203 catalog. Refer to the
catalog pages for complete product specifications, features,
application information, etc., and to specify the model numbers that
meet your application requirements.
All prices in US Dollars.
ORDERING METHODS
This price list includes complete model numbers and list prices for a
wide selection of products that should meet most of your application
requirements. Some encoder products, however, are available with a
more complex combination of features. In these cases, refer to the
Encoder Pricing Section for determining the specific part number
required. Cost is then determined by adding listed option charges to
the series base price. Minimum Order Value: $100
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The "Lead Time (Days)" column of this price list shows the number
of working-days required to ship a product in 1 to 5 piece quantity:
3, 5, 10, or 20 days; or consult factory (CF). Items shown as 3* can
be shipped the same day as ordered in single unit quantity, with no
extra charge for this service – simply request "immediate shipment"
when placing your order . 6 to 10 piece orders will be shipped at the
next lead time level; for example, 6 pieces of a product listed as 3
days, will ship in 5 working-days. For international orders, please
add one working-day for preparation of export documentation.
RETURNS POLICY
The "RC" column of this price list designates product return policy:
MODEL NUMBER SYSTEM – Veeder-Root Mechanical Counters
The 5th and 6th digits in the model number of mechanical products
designate the rotation and number of wheels (number of figures) for
the counter, respectively. Shaft rotation is the established direction in
which the shaft rotates to count. The shaft rotation designation defines
the direction for additive counting for all totalizing counters. It defines
the rotation direction for normal counting for predetermining counters,
which is a function of the counter’s design. Example: Normal counting
is additive for the Series 1239 predetermining counter but subtractive
for the Series 7283 predetermining counter. Standard shaft rotation
designations follow.
ROTATION DESIGNATIONS for ratchet, rotary ratchet, direct,
revolution and geared drive counters with the input shaft parallel to the
counter reading line (viewing counter reading line):

Drive refers to mechanical counters: ratchet, rotary ratchet, drive,
revolution, etc.
Drive Ratio is the number of drive shaft revolutions per one count. For
Direct Drive, one revolution of the shaft produces 10 counts (0.1:1). For
Revolution Drive, one revolution of the shaft produces one count (1:1).
The choice of drive ratio permits accurate selection of a counter that
gives direct reading of linear measurements.
