Active FET Probe
An Active FET probe enables you to measure high frequency signals on your
B+K Precision Spectrum Analyzer. Powered by a 12VDC adapter (included),
the probe measures frequencies up to 1GHz with an input impedance of 2pF
and 1M . The probe also works on B+K Precision oscilloscopes.
The probe includes a full accessory kit for the most demanding applications.
Accessories include: 4 - 0.031 gold measuring tips, 2 - ultra-miniature test
clips, 2- miniature test clips, 2- 5cm miniature test leads and 2- 10cm miniature
test leads.
