3.12 Detectors
This section provides electrical characteristics for the following detectors:
3.12.1 Over-Voltage Detector
The values in Table 23 were measured between RGP and RGN.
3.12.2 Over-Current Detector
The values in Table 24 were measured in Barrier Powered Mode.
3.12.3 Under-Voltage Detector
The values in Table 25 were measured in Barrier Powered Mode. In the recommended schematic (see
Figure 12), disconnect Q5 collector and connect to an external power supply, VPE, through a 600 Ω
resistor.
3.12.4 Over-Load Detector
The values in Table 26 were measured in Barrier Powered Mode.
