This PLCC4 product is one of the smallest 0.5 Watt packages available on the market. The
small size of the PLCC4 platform package enables higher packaging density on a given area
compared to other half-Watt solutions available on the market. This higher drive current
can be supported because of the enhanced heat dissipation capability which additionally
allows you to operate the LED at up to +120°C ambient temperature.
