adhesion and electrical properties. Resistant
to heat, cold, moisture, UV, ozone and
chemicals. When cured, retains elastomeric
properties throughout the operating
temparature range of -55°C to 200°C (-67°F
to 392°F). Use for bonding components and
devices to heat sinks as well as in other
bonding applications where flexibility,
thermal conductivity, and flame retardance
are of concern. Requires no primer.
