Epoxy Seal at Base of Terminals

Type of Change:

The epoxy seal material at the base of the UB and UB2 Series terminals is changing. The new light blue epoxy seal

will replace the current green epoxy, and improve the strength of the terminals at the base.

The following devices are affected by this change, including both standard and custom devices:

Entire UB Series:

• Square Pushbutton • Square Illuminated Pushbutton • Square Indicator

• Rectangular Pushbutton

• Rectangular Indicator

Entire UB2 Series:

• Square Pushbutton • Square Illuminated Pushbutton • Square Indicator

Note: There is no change to the dimensions of the switches.

Availability

UB and UB2 Series changes to epoxy seal will be effective with December 2009 production.
