10. Onboard EEPROM
The deRFmega128-22A00 / 22A02 / 22C00 / 22C02 contain a Serial-TWI-EEPROM with a
memory size of 128k x 8Bit.
The EEPROM power supply and the pull-ups will be switched on with a LOW-Signal on port
pin PD6/T1. It is necessary to wait until the TWI interface on the ATmega128RFA1 is
initialized before the communication on the data bus (PD1 and PD0) can be started.
