READ DATA FROM DATA MEMORY
Read data from data memory reads the byte in data
memory addressed by the low order bits of PC and
transmits it on the DATA pin during the data phase of
the command. The DATA pin will go into Output mode
on the second rising clock edge and revert back to
Input mode (high-impedance) after the 16th rising
edge. As only 8 bits are transmitted, the last 8 bits are
zero padded.
