TAJ Tantalum Standard Suffix Change to *NJ
As a result of feedback from our customers and an attempt to unify
product part numbers globally AVX is intending to revise the standard TAJ
series part number (PN) to include the *NJ ending as the last suffix letters.
The older PN structure for standard product:

The new PN structure maintains the first suffix letter (#) and adds the two
additional characters NJ to the suffix. The older PN structure and the new
PN structure refer to the same product so there is no change in form, fit or
function.
The new NJ suffix part number will be mandatory for all new specification
builds and replaces the old part number. The older part number structure
will be maintained for already running projects only.
AVX catalogue, datasheets and other reference materials will be updated
within six month of this announcement (May 09).
