11.2. Measurement engine
11.2.1. Overview
The measurement engine is the interface between the configuration register sets and the ZoomingADC™.
11.2.2. Functional flowchart
The flowchart above shows the measurement engine function. It performs successively the measurements for each enabled
configuration.
If in one or more configurations the bit CONT is set to 1, the measurements are performed again until the CONT bit is set to
0 through the I2C interface.
The engine goes out from the Idle mode every time an event occurs on the I2C interface.
