Description
high-frequency crystal oscillator module ICs. They
support 40MHz to 165MHz (1.8~5.5V) 3rd overtone
oscillation modes. The crystal oscillator circuit has
voltage regulator drive, significantly reducing current
consumption and crystal current, significantly reducing
the
dependency. The output circuit comprises a CMOS
buffer than can operate at high frequencies and drive a
15pf capacitance load.
