Description and Extent of Change:

Change in the current taping material which is a pressure sealing tape type to heat seal type.

Reasons for Change:

To avoid potential jamming issue at certain SMT machines at customer assembly line that was cause by the

stickiness of the PSA (pressure seal) cover tape.

Effect of Change on Fit, Form, Function, Quality, or Reliability:

Product specifications will remain the same, which will ensure product electrical performance remains the

same. Appropriate DC, RF and reliability qualification will be performed on the product to ensure

continued electrical parametric consistency and reliability.

Effective Date of Change:

Product shipments using this change will begin on or around June 2009 and will complete conversion by

1st August 2009. In between this period of time there will be mixed shipments of parts being shipped out to

customers.

Qualification Data:

Qualification data has been generated and approved; product packaging has no difference in terms of

performance.
