General Description
The DAT-31-PP is a 50
steps. The control is a 5-bit parallel interface, operating on a single +3 volt supply. The DAT-31-PP is pro-
duced using a unique CMOS process on silicon, offering the performance of GaAs, with the advantages of
conventional CMOS devices.
